6 week update

Lillie is 6 weeks old today…and all things are going well.  She’s a complete chowhound these days, which is a good thing since I was worried about the rate at which she was gaining weight in the past.

To answer the question everyone has been asking….

Carmel is doing fine.  I think he is very much as an adult new “older sibling” would be–he knows Lillie is here to stay, that she’s part of the family, but he really wishes she weren’t quite so loud.
He spends most of the night watching her and most of the day hiding from her.  True, [...]

My friend, the Good Doctor, called me today to get some response from the emails I’ve received.  While she was very understanding as to why I had not responded electronically (she is a Doctor who has delivered over 500 babies!), I thought I’d better put out a blanket reason/excuse/apology.
