One of the benefits of Facebook….

is that I no longer have to scour YouTube for funny videos.  Other people post them on Facebook and then I can stick them on my blog.  Brilliant!

Babysitters and FOOD STAR!

Yes, it’s time for my Food Star rants.  But, for those of you who hate spoilers and haven’t watched it yet, I’ll put in a bit of random blather….

…the amount of time it took from when I put Lillie in her crib for her morning nap for her to fall asleep.  It’s official, I rule!
Of course, she’s awake now (about 40 minutes later), so I’d better go see what’s up.

SUCCESS!

Lillie is taking her nap and it only took about 5 minutes to quiet her down about 15 for her to fall asleep.  She is wonderful at bedtime, which I’ve now gotten to 8:45 (I’m slowly moving  it up to about 8:00 or 7:30 as she begins to sleep for longer periods at night.)  Naptime [...]

Well, my new computer finally arrived today and Pat set everything up for me (which I’m sure is the last thing he wanted to do after work, but it was very sweet of him!)  I’m still getting used to Vista, but it’s not as horrible as I’ve heard.
